Our content format separates general education from official benefit decisions and individual insurance assistance. A credible guide should help you understand the question—not hide who is responsible for the answer.
Official sources are identified
Substantive coverage guides link to the Medicare, VA, TRICARE or other public-program sources used for their explanations. The source-check date reflects the content release; it is not a guarantee that a rule will remain unchanged or a claim of government review.
Education is not an individual determination
Guides explain general rules and practical review questions. Official eligibility, claims and coverage decisions belong to the responsible program or plan. An educational guide does not replace a plan document, benefit notice, clinician or licensed individual review.
Examples are illustrations
Hypothetical scenarios are labeled. They are not testimonials, actual client stories, savings promises or recommendations for the reader. This site does not create invented reviewer credentials, organizational endorsements or plan ratings.
Commercial assistance stays visible
Reading a guide does not request an insurance call. Any individual insurance assistance must disclose the receiving business, applicable availability and commercial relationship. Content should explain meaningful tradeoffs, including reasons a person may keep existing coverage.
Changes need more than a new date
An update should recheck the underlying source, affected text and connected pages. Replacing a date without reviewing the substance is not a content review. Benefit amounts, plan-year statements and location-specific claims need their own source and applicability checks.
Use the responsible program for urgent corrections
If a guide and an official program notice appear inconsistent, verify the issue with the program before acting.
